Bayer Tocakis® is a novel insecticide based on Triflumezopyrim 10% SC, specifically developed for hopper management in rice. It interacts with nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChR) and inhibits receptor activity, resulting in rapid feeding cessation. Bayer describes Tocakis® as providing excellent, long-lasting control of key hopper pests while helping reduce pest damage and crop stress.

APPLICATION & USAGE
Tocakis® is used as a foliar insecticide in rice. Bayer India lists pack sizes of 94 ml and 470 ml and recommends the product for rice against Brown Plant Hopper and White Backed Plant Hopper.
HOW TO USE
- Use only on rice and target pests specified on the current approved label.
- Measure the recommended quantity accurately.
- Mix with the prescribed quantity of clean water.
- Apply uniformly as a foliar spray.
- Ensure good coverage, particularly around the plant base where hoppers may congregate.
- Follow the approved dosage and waiting period.
SAFETY & PRECAUTIONS
- Read the product label carefully before use.
- Wear long-sleeved clothing, trousers, gloves, shoes and socks during handling and application.
- Avoid contact with mouth, eyes and skin.
- Avoid inhalation of spray mist.
- Do not eat, drink or smoke while applying the product.
- Keep away from food, empty food containers and animal feed.
- Keep out of reach of children.
STORAGE
Store in the original, tightly closed container in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight, food, feed and other incompatible materials.
