6. Partial COD

For orders placed under Partial Cash on Delivery (COD), if the customer does not accept or receive the parcel, the actual parcel/shipping charges incurred may be deducted and the remaining eligible amount will be refunded to the customer.

8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activities performed through their account.

12. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled subject to order status and applicable cancellation conditions. Once an order has been dispatched or processed for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
