Bayer Velum® Prime is a modern nematicide based on Fluopyram 34.48% SC. It is designed for root-zone protection against root-knot nematodes and works by selectively inhibiting Complex II of the mitochondrial respiratory chain, disrupting energy production in nematodes. Bayer India currently recommends Velum® Prime for tomato and lists Root Knot Nematode as the target pest.

APPLICATION & USAGE
Velum® Prime is applied to the root zone according to the approved crop-specific label. Bayer India currently lists tomato as the recommended crop. Application may be through the approved soil/root-zone application method; follow the current product label for exact dosage, timing and application procedure.
HOW TO USE
- Use only on crops and nematodes specified on the current approved label.
- Measure the recommended quantity accurately.
- Apply to the crop root zone using the prescribed application method.
- Ensure uniform distribution around the active root zone.
- Follow the recommended dosage, application timing and waiting period.
- Do not exceed the approved application rate.
