Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Eligible products may generally be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned in this policy.

2. Product Condition

Products should be unused and, wherever applicable, returned with their original packaging, labels, seals, and accessories in the same condition in which they were received.

3. Wrong Product

If you receive a product different from the product ordered, you may be eligible for a return or replacement after verification.

4. Expired Product

If an expired product is delivered, it may be eligible for return or replacement. Please contact us as soon as possible with the order number and clear photos/videos of the product, batch details, expiry information, and packaging where applicable.

5. Damaged or Defective Product

If a product is received damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible with the order number and clear photos/videos for verification.

6. Return Process

To request a return or replacement, contact our customer support with your order number, product details, and reason for the return. We will provide further instructions after reviewing the request.

7. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and verified, an approved refund will be processed to the original payment method, where applicable. The time taken for the refund to reflect may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, or payment service provider.

8. Partial COD Refund

If a customer does not accept or receive a Partial COD parcel, the actual parcel/shipping charges incurred may be deducted and the remaining eligible balance will be refunded.

9. Non-Returnable Situations

Opened or used agricultural products may not be eligible for return unless the product is defective, damaged, expired, or incorrectly supplied. Products damaged due to improper storage, handling, or use after delivery may also not be eligible for return.

10. Verification

All return, replacement, and refund requests are subject to verification and approval according to the applicable conditions.
